going to be very quick then. Cant wait to get stuck into making mine faster. Im concentrating on my body and interior for now. not sure what route im going to go down engine wise between bodies and turbo. What cams will you be running in your JP4 with your high comps.

havent thought about cams yet needed pistons first with all the problems with valve bounce with the jp4 and big cams. More then likely be 708`s.
dont think the engine build will be this year as going to be exstanding my garage in the summer so kepping most of my money for that. Aslong as its running with the bodies the j4 cams I will be happy for a few track days. Then after summer I can get the engine stripped and sent to machine shop to be bored out for the pistons and some heavy head work.

Well got my flow flex bushes today for the axle so got the beam on ready for picking the trailing arm seals up tomorrow.Started to get a bit keen cleaning the large washes up befor putting them on but hopefully they wont be coming back off.
Before:
After:
Then test fitted one of the arms to make sure that i still had all the brakets.
Then ran out of stainless bolts so will have to pick some up tomorrow and get it finished.

Back on its wheels
got the car back on its wheels today still dont know if its at the right hight yet waiting from it to settle then see if it needs to go higher. Let me know what you think.
Now its back on the wheels i can get it out the garage and paint the pit and put a new light up. shocking how bad the old one was.
Quick pic of my pit

defo get rods, no point forging pistons if not getting rods, as youll be limted by cam choice and rev limit, its the rods that give out first on a high revving car usually
nice bits
