My first smart phone was an HTC. It was fucking awful resulting in a complaints letter being sent to O2 demanding no replacement HTCs. lol
iPhone4 now. No problems at all. Apart from the fact I dropped it and I cried

I dropped mine onto a tiled floor at work, I say dropped, it slid off the table and I just heard it clatter onto the floor, I didn't want to look at it incase it was fucked, was like 3 days after I got it!

Because they're not as good as iPhones.
iPhone 4, but I do like the look of the BB Bold 9700/9780. Starting to get bored of my iPhone and fancy getting one :/
