Might have cranked the engine backwards a bit...
I'm on a roll with the level of stupid things I've done today but anyway this is the one that's worrying me.
For some spacky reason I didn't lock the flywheel at first when I was removing the clutch retaining bolts or when I was undoing the flywheel bolts - pretty sure undoing those bolts rotates the engine the correct way. But I think in the panic I might have rotated the crank back a number of degrees.
Have I fucked anything?

very doubtful, would pay to check cam timing as thats the usual problem if an engine is turned backwards, belt can skip a tooth

Can't say I have ever locked a flywheel while doing a clutch???. I understand what you mean though. Don't worry about it.

yea same ive never locked a flywheel doing a clutch
when i started my car up for the first time after it being cammed and bodied the car started and when we turned it off the cam beltj umped backwards was proper worrying, but we checked the timing and it was still timed so the belt hadnt jumoped a tooth and we rotated the engine over by hand nad no contact and been fine since was worrying for a few minutes
