if u have recently downloaded something then try removing it through the control panel. if the program isnt there then go into the C drive and try and find it in there by following the folder links if that makes sence. i recon u have probabely just downloaded a program containing a virus.

I've had this alot, to temporarily stop it you get up start task manager, click the processes tab, and look for an image name that looks different to the rest, e.g. it might be "j33a", then just end that task.
Hope that works

download spybot search and destroy and run a full scan, if youre running windows vista, right click the shortcut and run it as administrator then do a full scan, make sure you immunize the IE and firefox etc. If it finds anything it will tell you, then just click fix selected problems, obviously select the ones in red, then it should be fine. Failing that, try Malware Bytes anti-malware.

set up a user on your computer with no administrator rights. Logon as that user so you can watch porn to your hearts content.

Also, try doing a windows system restore back to a date you know your computer was not speaking to you
