Default Sax head unit bouncing

Hi guys i have a small but anoying problem ,my HU is vibrating and bouncing when i go over pot holes ,whitch causes really bad sound and it has anoying metal sound from it's frame when accelerating ,it is a Pioneer DEH-2320UB and it has small metal frame around it whitch fits with milimetar's to spare but it is not fixed onto anythig ,what could help ?cheers and sorry for the bad english

Have you secured the frame by bending the metal cut outs so that they grip to the centre console

The metal frame needs to be bent out to grip the inside of the centre console, then the stereo will slide into this.

If not, just get some cardboard, fold it up and sitck it down the side. This should do the trick.

i didn't bend anything ,i guess after a year of bouncing around metal got bent on the inside even more griping the radio than factory made ,so i will try to bend it out and add somthing plus to prevent any other wobble ,allso i have to change whole ariel asshole of whoom i bought the car took out the radio and cut ariel jack so i kind of improvised but it's not so good ,how do i remove the whole arial ,on whitch side of A pillar the cable goes ?cheers guys
