Manifold has to come off again tomorrow leaking a little from flange so going to try a new gasket and if that doesn't work then al have to get it faced

Car made 150 bhp at 0.3 bar but the injectors were at 180% duty. So going to get some megane 225 and see if there better

Needs more fuel. It's bang on target for 8psi/180bhp though, that's no problem.
What AFR was he tuning to at 4.35psi?

11.5 at 4.35psi? That's REALLY REALLY rich!
N/A you are looking at 13.2:1, and 4.35psi is very little boost really
You could tune 4.35psi to around 12.8 without any problems at all, ensuring the ignition was correct.
I would expect it to be 11.5AFR at 10-14psi

Fuel pressure is fine. Just had a gauge on. So looks like injectors need to be changed.
