Fair play, you are improving it, but whoever owned it before went full retard.
Lowered with some decent wheels on will make all the difference now and then just the tidying up of bodywork.
You're doing a fine job!

Started to make a rear diffuser today. Going to make the shape of the fin out of cardboard and cover it with fibreglass and then smooth it into the bottom of the bumper.
Going to do them this sort of shape
Also smoothed the exhaust recess a bit so it looks neater. I'll probably put a lip on it to clean it up a bit more.
Anyone know what width the fins usually are on the diffusers?

Did a little more work on the diffuser today, smoothed the exhaust recess and filled the hole at the side.
Then started making the cut outs for the fins, I'm planning on making them about an inch wide which means around 8 bits of cardboard for each fin. With fiberglass and filler on they should be around that size.
20 cut out....

I do like this shape fiesta, you seem to be improving it a lot, I think if your spraying do it white, with the diffuser and grills etc gloss/satin black.

Sorted the problem with the lack of light in the boot by fitting a running light under the plastic panel

DAMSK11's Fiesta Zetec S MK6 new wheels
Did some more work on the diffuser fins today after not touching them for a while. Almost ready to be smoothed into the bumper now. Finished repairing the rear valance, filled cleaned up the hole and recess from where someone had previously butchered it.
Also did some more repair work to the rear bumper where it was cracked. Plastic welded it and stuck some fibreglass on it, today i put some filler in

Diffuser is quality! Very impressed! Cars starting to look better, especially the wheels, made a big difference

Thanks mate. I'll be doing the wheels in the same colour as I did the saxo ones soon. I'll eventually try and get some with more spokes or some genuine cossie wheels
