Which sticky tyres for trackdays?
My saxo came with 106 alloys and the old vtr alloys (looking a bit tired) with some old rubber still on. Just looking for recommendations for sticky trackday rubber. Preferrably road legal rubber. Any popular race scrubs readily available on eBay? Or any new options which offer stonking performance?

The federal 595 RSR are supposed to be a good tyre, bit cheaper than toyo and yokos too

These are AMAZING!
Have them on the VTS got them super hot up at knockhill and off track your hand stuck to them!

The Federals take too long to warm up, and go off too quick.
R888's have too soft a sidewall.
A048's are very good.
Dunlop's are best, but not available in 195/50-15.
(all above imo ;-) )
