Default Passenger side driveshaft, circlip?

Just swapped the vts gearbox for an S1 box and pushed the passenger side drive shaft back in and it doesn't seem to pop back in, it just slides in and out freely.

Do they have a circlip to hold them in or do they just sit there?

It comes out easily, but once you got it gunned up to the strut and got the wishbone in it'll be fine.

Unless you've put it all back together?

Awesome thanks for that. Ruined the cv boot on the shaft and lost all the grease and it was rusty anyway so getting a new one this week and give it another bash next weekend. Any reccomendations on where to get a good replacement shaft, its a track car so don't want a chinese version and have it breaking.

I use J&R shafts, there cheap and you get a 2 year warrenty. Some don't like them some do.

Blackie used them on his Turbo VTR and had no dramas.
