Rallye sold - heartbreak
Well picked this up yesterday , To be fair it's had a bit of a rough life but the bodywork condition is very good, Comes with some 15" speedline chrono's, Nearly new toyo proxe's all round, Receipt for Piper cam, Remap, Supersprint race centre pipe and back box, Clifford alarm £600, VTS spoiler £100, And a very large sound system in the rear which will be for sale soon,
Bad parts are : No MOT, Alarm needs looking at as it's going daft.
I've taken off the dtm's and put gti mirrors on, Removed wizards of NOS kit, Fitted my bmc cda, Will get pics of mirrors fitted etc when weather is a bit better. Anyway i thought i got a bargain for what i got it for considering they're about 2.5k with same miles/age.

I know stu gutted, But i've promised myself i will get the vtr back looking the way it was a few days ago, May be a few weeks but i'll manage!

Lush that is can't beat Rallye's in White. Looks like you got an absolute steal there. Came with the private plate aswell? If so then bargain tbh

Nah plates got switched before it got taken home  He sold that plate for £350 i probably would have payed that for it! Plate's no big deal though
These things are really quick compared to vtr's aswell, Revs past 7.5k.

my 8v never revved past 7.2k and iv driven an 8v s2 cause I own one lols but it's now 16v'd.
it's been up for sale for ages but looks a good car once dechavved it'll be sound!

Honestly man i must get a vid, Must be a wild piper cam because idle is fairly lumpy got dastek ecu, had my mate a run in it and was expecting the revs to max out at about 6200 like the vtr, And it went past 7500 i was like wow..

Andy yeah it does have a limiter, Bounces at about 7,700rpm maybe a tiny bit more. Thing pulls like a train for 5k all the way to the limiter lol, ( I've only tapped limiter once to find out what she maxxed out at )

if it's cammed it's proberly mapped to run to about 7,800 tbh sounds good though

The dtm's are off the car now bud and replaced with black gti one's
