no your right done more reading on them and any carbs get forced into muscle rtather than fat tissue

it dont matter using them for one meal, i used them once if i had them each day they would prob make an effect on me as in i lose The main idea why these where designed is for body builders who eat strict diets can go for the meal with the family etc and not have to worry about screwing there diet up

i was gaining but started 8 week cut monday to lose 8-10 lbs of flab
to be honest i think ill find my cut wont need to last that long as im lean already i just done a 12 week bulk then 6 week maintenance whcih has made me grow very well but i got a holiday coming up in march so my abs out again

also im using diamond labs ECA 30+ with blinding results in just four days theres noticeable changes all over and helps with energy and to keep hunger down

on my maximuscle i put on 1/2 stone on 6 days. works wonders in you use it correctly.

mix a scoop and a half of weight gain and the same of progain in the same shaker, twice a day, just started adding 5g of creatine aswell.

really good buys off ebay.

yeah i always check ebay out usually cheaper on there i saved £5 on my whey and got a free pit stop bar which was nasty and a free shaker

I gained 16lbs on my bulk up from just foods no gainers
