your body fat percentage won't increase from one meal anyway. you would've got the same result there without the cheaters
try eating that same meal every day with the cheaters. see how you look and feel then lol
there's no way you "just took in the protein". if that was the case, someone on here would know about them. more likely we'd all be tanning them!
they'll be blocking the good fats aswell as the bad anyway. your body needs a certain amount to remain healthy. best just to eat right and give your body what it needs
chicken, fish and beef are good but not quite the same when they're all fried in a chinese! lol
