Update: Piper 285 Cams

Right. Few updates as I havn't been on here in a while.

Gearbox was on the way out so bought a reconditioned one off here and got that fitted along with a mk1 PAS pipe as mine split from rubbing on the track rod.

The bigger update was I bought some cams off here. They're Piper 285 ultimate road cams, done 500 miles and I paid £185 posted

Picture of Cams...(wont embed :/)

Will be getting them fitted in the next couple of months. Going to get a predator 3plug ECU with a map and a new cambelt.

Engines on 94k so a bit worried about camming it on such high mileage but tbh the engine runs really well and i bought it on 70k and the majority of the miles when i bought it were motorway driving. So even though its on 94k its probably the same as a normal vts engine on about 50k. haa.

Anyway, comments pleaseee

Yeah want that extra power and with my decat and a decent air filter hopefully will get between 155bhp and 160bhp

Also next year going to strip, get a white cage, buckets, racing wheel and some custom interior bits as well as a spare oz on the back floor

hmm tbh i wont frequently. i'll probs get stick for it but i want it stripped to improve acceleration and then think a whote cage would look wicked with my wheels then if its stripped with a cage i got to get buckets

yeah tbh thats my other option but woth recliners you need harnesses then they'll get in the way of peoples legs in the back :/

no but i can take one if you want? it pops like crazyyy! like stupid amounts haha
