Ive done the first mission and about to head out on the 2nd one.
So far:
New weapons (sawn off shotgun)
New cars (i was on the bike so dont know the name)
arm wrestling in the bikers club house
cards in the bikers club house
still do activitys with biker friends (i had an invite to play air hockey lol)
looks like some new online modes (not tried them yet)
similar perks to the Niko story, call a friend for cheap guns, another for a replacement bike etc
New achievements, 250GS (easy, just play through)
ride with the bikers in a convoy behind Billy (the leader)
blast the horn and the others do it back
some new music (or i just hadnt heard it before), no new stations
Niko makes a cameo appearance in the background in one of the opening scene
Jonny has been modeled differently to Niko so they dont have generic walking style
erm thats it from 20 mins play so far, so yes its worth it IMO

Took me a few hours lol
Anyway, found a new superbike, FBI Buffalo was in one cut scene and you can shoot the sawn off shotgun whilst riding your bike. Nice little additions.

Only completed GTA4 over xmas after 6 months loved every minute. Still play it every now and then. Been deciding whether to get the lost and damned now for a while. Just gunna have to save up.. had the dosh then bought resi5 instead
