I really don't understand what they were trying to do? Just walk off down the street whilst wheeling the bikes along?
The mopeds plates in clear view at the end and i'm sure if the other bikes had plates on aswell, they'll have been picked up on cctv somewhere.

He just pushes him off the scooter twice? That is a armed robbery I think you'd be well within your right to do whatever to him to stop him from getting away. I certainly wouldnt of stood there when he was walking towards me with a metal bar.
