Default Tiding up second hand exhaust?

Evening All

I'm about to buy a used supersprint centre section and I wanted to do something to maintain it so I get as much use out of it as possible. I don't care about shine just want it to last! Obviously I'll do all the prep before I put it on the car.

Any ideas??

Thanks

There is nothing you can do tbh.

exhausts corrode from the inside out.

Dam o well thanks anyway! Will give it a lick of heat resistant paint if there's any lying about in the garage as it wont hurt but if they corrode from the inside wont bother spending any cash on it!

Pics are a bit poor but my honda exhaust looked tired so I sprayed the full exhaust in heat paint and it came out ok.

It will stop corrosion from the outside in shit weather, but there's nothing you can do from the inside.
