Default fuxxing light inserts halp please

Why when I keep tryin to paint my inserts are they developing cracks and dropping to pieces?? I did right hand insert no problem left hand 2 lights av gone through put like in oven at 150 for ten mins get it out seperate glass leave to cool give insert a quik key up plastic prime it to come back and its dropped to pieces wtf helpppp

The insert itself keeps going brittle first time it happened I thought I hadn't let it cool long enough so second time I gave it an hour and same thing gave it a quik key and plastic primed it then cracks started to appear infront of me and it started to break up picked it up and bits drop off just falls to pieces

so the paints cracking off? if thats a yes then there is something on the surface thats reacting so you need to clean it off better

Did you pre-heat the oven? It's probably under-cooked is all.

I pre heated it at 150 but its only cracking when I prime it but you may be right because the first on I did I over cooked it melt the back of the light and had to change it but the insert never broke atleast lol but I thought the whole point was just to heat the glue?

Probably heating it up too much, it sounds like it's cracking from thermal shock, try next time leaving it in the oven for less time, just until the meats pink has disappeared
