Red Mist - Before or after Wax?!
I know there are mixed views on this but whats the best way to do it?
Some say red mist straight after the wax, others say red mist after the wax but leave the wax 24 hours to settle, others say red mist before the wax!
So which is it?
Cheers

Can be used after wax, similar to Zaino Z2 which i use after waxing to give it that "Final Bling".

I tend to use it before wax and then use it to top up beading if I can't be bothered for a full wax application.
It's not really that important which way round you do it, it's not like using polish after wax or something lol

Yeah thats what I thought as well as others have said that on here before.. People have said that if you put red mist straight on after the wax, it will strip the wax.. Is this 100% true? I'm not going to be able to leave the wax 24 hours as i'm doing the detail tomorrow so my options are to either use red mist before the wax or straight after..

Tropical is ok after wax because it's natural cure. Normal red mist uses solvents to cure faster so i'm thinking it wouldn't be great spraying it over the top

Just gone and checked and mine says "Red Mist Tropical protection detailer" so guessing it will be fine straight after wax then?

I'd personally use it after wax James, i know that its meant to be like a speed detailer after a normal wash to bring out shine. iirc the tropical is for hotter places so it doesnt dry too quick... I dont think it matters mate, but i'd use it after so your wax is firmly on your paintwork not ontop of a layer of somthing else... If that makes sence.

I apply after like welshy says or as a quick detailier. I never do it straight away though as it actually says on the label not to apply onto fresh wax
