If you make it a 1.4 you get cheap ROAD TAX!!
I think there is an enormous amount of pleasure having a tiny engine that goes like stink... even Gav's little 1.4 turbo with it's awfully restrictive exhaust flange made 148lbsft of torque at 4500 rpm!! That's ridiculous! It was great fun to grunt about in

thats cos a GT turbo is ball bearing, and NEEDS water
a T series turbo doesnt need it although you can have it, my T34 isnt water cooled
