with the stage its at i would suggest:
-dry flat with 400 (taking down any dull lacquer or paint)
-degrease or panel wipe clean
-1/2 coats of primer
-if not baking in oven,i would give full day to cure
-wet flat with 600
-degrease or panel wipe clean
-spray white 2/3 good coats
-again allow to cure
-wet flat 1200
-degrease or panel wipe clean
-2 good coats of lacquer
-allow to cure then polish with wet flat with 2000

hope that helps and if anyone else would disagree with these steps, please feel free to correct me

na not any pics yet mate, iv lowered the front bout half way because the back is standard couldn't do the torsion bar 2day. They fitted a treat mate, dead easy to do. i'l get some pics up 2morrow for you as it stands

na me neather, they'r only slated by most because they say what everyone else says, ye they'r not for track use but the way i see it i'm not going to spend 300-400 quid on 2 coilovers when its more than half the price of the car!!! i haven't driven with them yet, but i'l let you know

hmmm, looking forward to seeing a pic from the side with the Starmags on,
13" alloys always suit flatty's much better than vt's

ye i preffer poke rather than tuck by a long way, i'v never seen a wide/pokeish flatty so gona try it, if it doesnt work i'l slam the rear. should only be going 55-65mm down
