It would be helpful if the second buyer was to share his side. Anyone on RR got access to him?

I've held off on posting here because its a pretty messy situation to begin with, and I thought jay was a canny lad
But I have to say its really pissed me off the way some ppl have posted in regards to the lad that's clearly been scammed here, he's came here for help getting a large amount of money back and been made to look like he's at fault
Call me syncical but its been pretty clear from the start what's happened here,
If the police have been involved then crime numbers should be requestable, if he managed to find a courier there must be at least a phone number for this, and he must have gotten it from somewhere?? Phone numbers just don't pop up out of the blue, so this courier would be traceable
Nor do ppl hand over roll cages to post abroad to ppl with such little info about them??
Sorry jay you seemed like a nice lad but you pissed in your own bed on this one as far as i can see, the way you spoke of this lad a few pages back, who you've clearly ripped off is a joke.
Be a man and just own up, silly stories make you look like a right cunt, just admit it and sort this lad some money out ASAP

Well, he keeps saying he sent the cage. But he can't proof it.
And i still never got any details on this courier.
And it still doesn't make any sense someone else bought it last saturday.
Jay said he had to be at work at 1pm or 3pm or something. Enough time on the rest of the morning to sell a cage!
I've had enough of all Jay's stories, don't even want the cage anymore. Just want the money back. PayPal, my bank, the local Police and a law firm are sorting it out for me now.

Exactly what I wanted to say blackie, but you've done it for me. Also, that pm sent to Ross by Jayline is the biggest crock of shit i've ever read. Implying he doesn't have a clue how this guy on r/r has now got the cage he sold, does he really think everyone is that dumb?

A deal has been set with his lawyer bloke and we have arranged a date for a refund! Sorry for the delay but don't have time to let everyone know my personal issues!!!
So a refund is being arranged and a date set!

I think now would probably be a perfect time for you to explain the truth. Your personal issues do not need to be brought in to it to be honest.

So in reality, you ripped him off, you were trying to delay to see if the issue would just go and you would get paid twice, legal people have been involved, and you are paying him...
0 defence put up about selling the cage to another bloke, so we are to suspect thats true, and you did it?..

He's just uploaded pictures on the Book of Face of his new house or whatever.
Theres a TV in one picture, surely gotta be worth flogging to cash converters for £350.. And them curtains.
