weird sighting :S

yesterday while at work i went out side to the fag shelter to make a call in private, the fag shelter is in a court yard in the middle of the building only one way in and one way out, u need a key card to open the door and u can hear it beep then creek when it opens/closes, i was stood in the shelter its all plastic like a bus stop when i clearly seen a bloke wake past behind me in the reflection, AS CLEAR AS DAY!! turned round instantly but no 1 there . soon finished my call and went back indoors lol.

anyone else had any experiences like this or have/heard any spooky stories ??

I get that sometimes.... when you want to see someone, your thinknin about them more.... and so shadows will appear as something you want to see.

I get it every now and then...

I cant be 100% possitive if what i saw was anything ghostly but my old job was working for a Solicitor in a really old building in Sunderland town centre, there was 2 companies working in the same building one downstairs and us upstairs, as you walk through the main door theres stairs leading along to a glass door, the company downstairs closed at half 4 whereas we didnt close till 5.
Someone from the company would always come up and let my boss know that everyone downstairs was gone so no-one got locked in, so this one night a lad had came up at 4:30 to say everyone was gone then at 4:50 i went to take post to the postbox as i came down the stairs i was in a bit of a hurry but something caught my eye and i glanced towards the glass door and it was like a shadow reaching to open the door, i thought nothing of it at the time just thought it was someone leaving the building until i got back up to the office and remembered one of the staff members had been up to say everyone had gone, bearing in mind there was only me and another lass and the boss in work.
I dont know whether i believe in stuff like that, its hard to say,
I got a picture off my mams mate yesterday of a apparent ghost thats in her neices house ill post the picture up soon see what people think

my girlfriends mum is a few pennies short (hope she doesnt read this lol) and she always had said this house is haunted, one day i went down stairs for a drink and i turned round and i swear i saw a figure walk through and out... spooky.. thing is it didnt scare me and just felt normal

Ive been walking home a few times on my own in the dark and thought there where some one following me i live in a very very small village there was no one following me but who knows. Casper might actually be real.
