Default Gatesy's C2 Progress Thread. (update 09-03-08. no progress but a well deserved clean)

Right, had the car just over a year now and thought i would make a little progress thread on here for you to take a look at.

I know its not a saxo but its close enough.....

Got the car on 18th of January 2007 after part-ex'ing the old clio.

First pics of the car....

The first change was some new wipers...

Next up were some mudflaps from citroen. Not to everybody's taste but i liked them...

More to come shortly.

Next thing i did was change the rocker cover...

After this i was out of funds for a while so just kept the car clean and took a few new pictures. This is how she looked throughout March and leading in to April...

Then, in April, i purchased some mk2 rear lights...

Then i did absolutely nothing to the car for months and months until recently when i purchased some new number plates...

and eventually, after having it sat in the garage for ages, got the manifold fitted. GMC 4-2-1...

with the manifold fitted the sound has changed. sounds a lot more tinny (if that is even a word) but im keeping the standard exhaust for now

Looks good man... I bet modding it is more expensive than a saxo.....

But I would get it lowered next!
