i remember when my engine mount went on my car many moons ago and when i came to a stand still it was like being on a bus the vibrations would be that bad all over the car. it only seemed to get worse aswell. The garage i took it too got a jack under the drivers side of the sump (on the corner tho) jacked the engine up just enough to take the pressure off the engine mount and rocked the engine back and forth lookin for excessive movement. its the top engine mount under the ECU that usually goes mate.

i think there around £80-£150 to have a new one fitted, dependant on what garage you go too

the engine mount is about £80 inc VAT from citroen mate. its easy to fit!

EDIT : P.s i'd take the engine mount off, check if the bolts snapped, if its snapped ya wont have too buy a whole new unit if ya rubber isn't perished. just upgrade your bolt to a hightensile steel bolt (dont know how to spell it) cuz i got a whole new unit and it snapped again 3k miles later

£50 plus v.a.t from a pug dealer takes about 10 minutes to fit yourself
