Muscle Repair
yes i know this has been covered before but im not scrolling through loads of threads to find a few suggestions that might work.
i just want some muscle repair stuff thats going to help with the repair of my muscles after a decent session at the gym. Ruddy recommened Pharma whey but after reading up on that it says it adds weight which i dont really want to do.
i used to take Amino Load which worked for about 3 month but then had no affect, last time i took that it gave me shits so have never taken it again.

Body Supreme Pure Whey Protein, I take it and it works well i think. If you don't mind spending the cash i think Dorean (sp) Yates is supposed to be great

correct.
your body needs the food for growth/repair as soon as possible after training.
