make sure there in a warm temp as the cold will make the paint react, have you lacquered them yet?

like pepper993 said when its touch dry, they should be sprayed in a warm temp and lacquered about 5 minutes after or so so the lacquer can mix with the paint. give them 4-5 hours under warm temp before taking them outside so the lacquer can harden properly.
