What do people think on this...
... the girlf has been going on at me ever since we had to sell the MR2 Roadster... she loved having the convertible and I must admit so did I. Thing is, we are after a new car and it's gonna be our only car, so would need to be practicle and be able to use it everyday.... well I don't think a normal ragtop style convertible is practical for everyday use, so it got me thinking about CC's (Coupe/Convertibles).
I looked them up and we both like the looks of the Renault Megane Coupe Convertible.... plus they do them in a 1.9l dci diesel, which is just what we are after. I thought this would be a good idea as it has the practicality and security of a Coupe, but the coolness and conveinience of a convertible.
What are people's thought on these??

The 206, 207, micra, mitsi colt are all too small and have pointless back seats, whereas this has more room in the back plus is the cheapest 4 seater CC compared to the Eos, Twintop etc.

Old mans misses has one, they love it. It's a gold colour.
Don't mind them, interior is very nice and it's pretty spacious iirc.

I think it's pretty smart looking actually!
Obviously not as good looking as the Astra Coupe I have now, but I'd get over that!

Does look nice but what are the like to live with and run? Would be my main
concerns tbh.
The original 206CC's imo still look great today and seem to run well I hear?

Old mans misses uses hers everyday, does a 30 mile trip to work and back in it and shes not had one problem in over 2-3 years ownership. So pretty reliable from what I can see.
The only problem she had was when she hit a deer and needed to replace a front bumper..
