Mechanic costs
What do you guys think it should cost to have front and rear, discs and pads fitted?
I have already bought the kit.
A Garage quoted 170 which i thought was a bit steep as i paid less than that for all the parts.
Thoughts please guys?

the only thing that might raise your cost is if the current disks and the caliper bolts/nuts/screws whatever are seized,

Yup do it yourself wont take long. If your not sure what your doing buy a hayanes manual. It will come in handy for other things too. Round here i'm sure its about £60 to get it done at a garage.

it couldn't be simpler mate, jack it up, off with the wheel, off with the caliper, off with the disk, on with the new disks, on with the new pads in the caliper, put caliper back on job's a gudden

they are charging 55pound per hour and adding brake fluid and sundries etc whatever that is.
Think im gonna have to try fitting them myself cos all places i asked are asking more than i rly got to spend. i would be happy to pay up to 80 but places i asked want over 100
