decat
had a search but couldnt find the answer.
seen some decats on ebay but it seems as if it just a small pipe that fits into the existing exhaust whereas the ones on kam racing seem to be the whole centre section of the exhaust. is there any performance diferences?

so its better to wait and buy the whole centre section than just the part that replaces the cat

theres no advantage if u have a catback system already,
full pipe will be less likely to blow because it has less joins but itll have to all come off for mot time, whereas the small pipe can be replaced with ur old car for mot which makes it alot easier.

sounds great and you get a better response from take off only problem you will have though is if you do not get a lambda sleeve you engine management light will come on.

no you dont need a sleeve for a mk1 mate, ive fitted my supersprint system to my mk1 and i just made sure the bolt was nice and tight in the center section as this is where the sensor goes for mk2's.
