Default torque settings

hi all a mate of mine has aksked me if i can find out the torque settings for the torsion bar, anti roll bar and shockers, also if there are any more he will need during the process of lowering the rear.
any help on this will be rep'd

yeh im skint till the end of the month and only need a couple of torque sttings so didnt see any point lol cheers anyway

Haynes says:

Rear Hub Nut-140Nm or 103Lbf ft

Rear Shock Absorber Lowering Mounting Bolt and Nut-110Nm or 81Lbf ft

Rear Shock Absorber Upper Mounting Bolt and Nut-90Nm or 66Lbf ft

Rear Suspension Assembly-to-Body Mounting Bolts-90 Nm or 66 Lbf ft

Rear Torsion Bar Retaining Bolts-20Nm or 15 Lbf ft
