Quick Mass Builder !
hia guys. in about 3 weeks i have a my medical for the RAF.
they do endurance, strength tests etc. but i only weight like 10 stone... just..and id like to have a bit more meat on ma bones for the weigh in lol !
just wondered what i could do to increase my mass. which foods etc. il be at the guy near enough everyday too. cheers.

Loads of protein and lift heavy weights, also load up on pastas!!!!!

i try, ive had all the protein shakes under the sun. doesnt seem to work lol.
il just have to step up my game in the gym lol

Have you tried the Bulk drinks?
Might be worth a shot.
Although you could end up like Cartman with "beefcake"

eat straight lard will put on the weight lol, no on a serious note your local holland and barret will sell bulking up powder buy it and drink 3 a day and make sure you exercise alot also mix with milk if you want to bulk up as it has more protien in it also, good luck with the medical mate

much better to eat real food every 2 hours than to have a shake
one or two wont hurt but dont rely on them

theres also protain milk drinks that you can take to help in building your self up. not so sure on these so dont take my word for it

ive tryed all that. only prob with those is they take months to show an effect. i need it sharp ish lol!

theres nothing you can take to help you gain faster, its all down to your genetics.
protein shakes are for taking with a good diet, they are just for getting an extra amount of calories in, not to use on there own for bulking up.

wholegrains
brownd bread
jacket potatoes
pasta
brown rice
porridge oats
protein:
chicken
tuna
turkey
beef
pork
eat every 3 hours and train. also give malt drinks like vitamalt a try for extra 'good' calories.
