Ebay query???
Right here goes:
I have noticed that some people sell Faulty mobile phones on ebay sometimes they sell them for Spares/Repairs also.
Well - i had a Nokia 5300 just sat in my draw. I tried to turn the mobile on but it wouldnt turn on.
Therefore - i put it on ebay but listed it as a Faulty mobile phone and explained the situation also.
Well some knob - msgs me thru ebay :
"if i win the auction and the phone doesn't work - i expect a refund yes?"
my reply to him:
"no refunds - item is brought as described etc - if in doubt plz do not bid on this"
His reply to that:
"im sure Trading Standards will be happy to know that you're selling faulty goods without option of refunds"
My reply:
"I have descibed the phone as faulty therefore i am not breaking ebay rules or regs - also there are no rules that i HAVE to offer refunds"
Well i wont go on and on but this guy really did my nut in the tosser.
What exactly have i done wrong guys? lol

dont worry about it mate. you have done nothing wrong. i knew a lad that used to sell locked mobiles on ebay and overseas bidders paid some serious cash for them as they work in another country for some reason

He sounds like a twat. You can sell faulty goods on ebay, as long as the item description states that it is a faulty item. He probably ain't reported you at all, ebay will do nothing anyway.

on ebay their are alot of scammers and generally alot of people who moan and whine and try and get freebies etc...
