well mate, a lot of people have had a few problems when meshing their grill and keeping the chevron intact.

what the majority of people (including me) have done is purchase a dimma grill, which will replace the existing.

you take the old one out and put the new one in. simple as that. i searched the internet for the cheapest grill and i found it at cc motorsport.

the link is HERE if you are interested.

when you place the order, then the product should be with you within the next couple of days.

hope this helps.

yes mate, if you dont have one, go and get yourself the...

"Haynes MaxPower Citroen Saxo - The Definitive Guide to Modifying"

if you look at page 38, all will be clear

it looks good when done properly, but i have seen a lot of saxo's attempt it and it hasnt gone so smoothly. that is why i recommended replacing the WHOLE grill.

thats a very good price carl. NORMAL bodyshops would charge a lot more than that if they havent already got the paint in stock. if they had a car in with excess paint, then they could use it for the grill, but sometimes unlikely.
