Hit a deer! Pics page 2
on the way to cinema earlier and came over a crest in a 40,a deer was lying in the middle of the road crawling around, obviously just been hit. managed to avoid most of it but did catch it, destroyed half the bumper, offside indicator, washer bottle and arch lining plus a dent in the wing. any advice on fixing appreciated..... not happy but veryyyyy lucky as these things are big. i will get pictures in the morning! anyone else hit something like this? dam animals! ps does anyone have a silver bumper?

PICS FASTER
I've hit a rabbit. Didn't do any damage to the car but resulted in the person behind me crashing to the back of me and writing my car off.

You slammed on your brakes for a rabbit?
Jesus, did you never read the highway code?
Must have run over hundreds of rabbits, had a few near misses with deer, possibly the worst animal to go near roads, they just run out at random

It happned a couple of weeks after my test, and yeah you get told loads of times not to stop for anyhitng but you don;t think at the time, especially at an early stage of driving it wasn;t the fact that i'd stopped. The fact that the person behind me was too busy looking at the twitching rabbit and didn't see that I stopped

i hit a badger about october time. it took the wheel liner out, and the wheel arch off which broke the indicator. also cracked the bumper. think i caught the arse end of it with the edge of my bumper. hate to think what would of happened if i hit it full on.

I hit a rabbit once but it didn't die straight away so I went back and finished it off with the wheel brace.

Fuck knows why badgers are so much more solid than foxes, theyre made of the same stuff. I mowed down a fox at 60 before and thought I would have fucked the bumper, but not a scratch, which was more than can be said for the fox
