Six points within your first two years of driving and your license is revoked, eg your not banned, you just have no license and have to start over again and take the theory and practical driving tests.
After 2 years it goes upto 12 points.

The driving experience doesnt matter in points themselves mate. 3 points for 1-14mph over the limit, 6 points for any higher over the limit. Except on the motorway, where 94mph is a 6 pointer

Same point scheme, no double points crap, etc. However your only allowed 6 in your first 2 years rather then the normal 12.

or police can be nice and only give you 3, it's up to them.
also might not be up to the copper but might be up to the courts,

nope, 64 or above is 6 point territory. Motorways get a higher limit, deservedly, as theyre not normal roads obviously. But yeah it is upto the copper that pulls you, once you go over 14mph past the limit though you could be in trouble.
My mate got pulled for doing 110 on the motorway, but she got let off cus shes got big tats. And another mate overtook a copper on a bike doing 60 in a 40, with his lights off at night, on his phone. And the guy let him off cus it was his anniversary and he was in a good mood lol
