Bit of a problem....
Ive set up my amp, sub and speakers correctly, ive ground the amp aswell, yet i get a weird fuzzy noise when i turn my hu on, sounds like i can hear the laser reading the disc.... what the hell is it, Help!!! will give rep!

hmm.. apparently if you run the speaker wires and amp power wire next to each other that creates a weird fuzzy noise.. im not 100% tho, ive just heard it from other people

yeh ive heard that to but it sounds like the disc reading, and ive run them down seperate sides

an just happened since you fitter your subs etc! have you got the positive/ negatives all round the right way?

if you are runing the power and speeker cable on the same side the it can make interfirance.

tbh if you use quality cabling then you shouldnt get interference when putting the power and rcas next to each other its just on cheaper wiring ive found
best thing to to is check all the wiring again and use quality cabling, could even be down to a bad earth or crap rcas

yep it the case of running the power and the rcas together just change it over and it will be fine

yeah but he must not have quality cables so he can either replace the wiring with quality stuff or run the either side of the car

most important thing in an install tbh, should ot go cheap on it, spend a good 100 pound on the stuff

yeah i made tht mistake first time around thought the cheap stuff would do the same but then ended up spending another 85 pound on some quality wire

ive run them down seperate sides and its still interfering, dunno if its the remote or not, or rcas ill try and swap for some different rca cable and see what happens.. and by the way its not really cheap wiring

^ ye but i tried runnin it down different sides and it were still doin it. might try changing my rcas, any 1 know where i can get decent cable from?

how good is your earth? cos i had the same problem changed it then it was sound as a pound.
