little tiny rust dots

when i clean or polish my car and look very closely i can see all these little rust dots, they can be easily buffed out, but i dont want alot more appearing, my car is white, is there anything i can use to prevent it?

unlikely you can buff a true rust spot out, it would be bubbling the paint, get some pics.

its prob running off somewhere else onto the paint-work and leaving a stain.
