earth is almost always the problem in ice.
i earthed it on the rear seat screw, on the passenger side.
remember to upgrade the earth to battery aswell (use cable with same thickness to do that, simply from battery to first screw)

under the rear seat belt bolt is a good place sir. take you have a red light on the amp at the mo?
had the same problem with mine not earthing and all i got was a dam red light on me amp (yeah i know its a nice place to go) anyway back to the subject in hand after finding the best earth place (seat belt bolt) it went green and i was out of the red zone.

well i mean the power is definately working, my dad used a voltmeter to see this, and he also found a good place to earth the thing, this was however by just touching it against the boot locking bit. but i dont ever have any light on the sub.. not even a red one? i asume therefore its something wrong with the amp!

check the fuse on the amp and also the fuse on the end of your battery live wire could have blown em.
