deffo illegal as its showing parts that are dangerous. such as hot rocker cover or moving parts
actually it might depend on the car etc as it would need to have the moving parts covered to protect anyone who may accidently touch them etc

Im sure there is supposed to be some sort of sheild between a pedestrians face and your engine block so im guessing if your car was fitted with a bonnet, then it must stay fitted.

Because im bored and want to go for a drive with no bonnet  I h8 people looking at my car like a slow loud thing  So driving around with the tb's sticking out seems like a good way to stop that hahaha!!
