Yes, you can take them out the box like any other sub.
Although, personally, unless i was getting this lot for about £70 i would buy something else

good things come to those who wait
youll only realise how shite fusion is, then wish youd saved up some more

you wont get a good double sub package for under £100
fot the price id touch nothing other than the jbl package i reccomended.. it will be both louder and better quality than the fusion package
take a look at these comps.. ideally any comps should be run off an amp.. but these are fine of a headunit if you dont want to spend on an amp

the wiring kit has 5m of speaker wire iirc, so youve got at least 4 metres to play with regarding the front comps!

To be honest with you, fusion arent as bad as you might think!
A guy on TA had a single 12" fusion sub, fed it double it's rated power, it held on in their for a year or so and hit 141 db's!! Now that is impressive stuff!
People with Re XXX's dont always hit 140!
These fusion components i have, im keeping them and putting them in my new car!! Im very impressed nd i would definitely buy again!
Saying that, those subs are the encounter range, which are the cheapest range they do, so you would probably be better going for a jbl package mate.
