Rubbish Car!
My little swifty has gone into the garage today to have some work done.
The courtesey car they gave me is a 1.2 Grande Punto....and its RUBBISH!
I had to drive in 3rd most of the way so i could go 70MPH!
Im used to my little 1.5 vvt engine so driving in this car, with my foot to the floor, and it was hardly moving anywhere was not fun!
I think its dangerous to make cars that slow.
Roll on getting my swifty back =]

To be honest, i wish i had waited to get a sport.
For what i paid for mine in April, i could have got a 1 year old sport, and if i was insuring a sport next week (after my birthday) it is only £22 more insurance.
When i was getting quotes in april for the GLX compared to the Sport, it was double to insure the sport!
Gutted is not the word!

She was looking at quotes on Monday after already of buying the car. She was getting around £1.1k. 2 years driving and 0 NCB.
I had a go and managed to get it to just under £600 which i fort was pretty good and that car.

Yeh pretty nice actually. Bit of a girls car though imo. I went to have a look at the one she bought last week.
Was like this....
The sport also has the same (ish) type bucket seats to the CTR.

I absolutely love mine to bits... yes a sport would have been nicer, but i was impatient.
my only problem with mine is that its too tall! i cant reach the middle of the roof...eg when im washing it.
and im not short before anyone starts!
£600 is a good quote for the sport and 0 no claims.
mine would have been just under £400 had i waited till Saturday to insure it - 3 years no claims.
As it is, im paying £374 - but im not using my no claims because my saxo policy was on going

Yeh i thought it was a good price too. Its her 21st in like 3 weeks. So i guess it would of gone down a bit then too if she waits. But bank of daddy is paying.
I have the same problem with my Clio. Its hard to clean the centre of the roof lol. I aint a short arse either lol

ive done some research and im having mine lowered by 35mm in an attempt to combat the tallness!
For a small car, its way too tall, its higher than a focus, its higher than a GPS and a Stilo! Its silly.
But the sport is 15mm lower than the GLX already!
