Crap paint!
Well I knew the car had a dodgey wing, due to it being keyed whilst owned by the previous owner.
I gave it a good clean/polish today and omg its actually crap!!!
Looks as if the whole car has over spray, and the door/wing that was sprayed has the worst spray job ever!
Now obviously Im going to get the worst parts resprayed , but how do I go about getting rid of the overspray? Iv also noticed a fair few light scratches that id like to get rid of aswell..
Iv tried getting pictures but not great.
Wierd patches where you can see they have put paint over paint ?WTF lol
 If you zoom in on the pic, you can see a wierd paint bubble under the laqure..

did u get the car sprayed while under your ownership? if not then it might be tough to get them to do it as you bought the car after inspecting it.
overspray can be taken off by a strong polish and perhaps compound but you will need to see if will require a finish polish afterwards.

Yes as I said above it was done before I brought it..
Haha I can try, I want it to go in because the gearbox needs checking aswell!! Ill give them a ring tomorrow

Didnt know it had a paint warranty tbh.. I have all the docs so ill just have to look through them!

Will sort any overspray, scratches etc out..
Know any detailers around your area who could do you a favour?

Possibly look at this after iv had the wing sorted out. Dont know anyone around here, but I can have a ask around I know a few people who may know someone lol!

What James said, you'll be susprised how much machine polishing can correct paint rather than going the standard 're-spraying' route.

If the paint were not done by ford they won't touch it..
Thats like me buying an Audi.. getting a re-spray and then taking it back to Audi saying there paint is crap... lol
