saints row 2
just got it today for the ps3  cool game love it.the graphics aint as good as gta.but the game play makes up for it

i wasnt impressed by the graphics either tbh, but the game is good, havent played it online yet but it looks abit shit online!

you can see a lot of the old gta in the game play.but i just didn't like the new gta nice looking game but i got bored of it quickly

tbh the two games have headed in almost different directions, saints row 2 has the cartoon-ish visuals of old GTA and the gameplay to match, and GTA4 is heading towards a more realistic view on crime and graphic modelling (compare how GTA:VC looked to The getaway at the time of there release and the graphics could have been majorly improved) same as with SR2 the game is capable to have stunning visuals but they've scrapped it for cartoonish visuals.
If GTA had came out after saints row 2 I would have still bought GTA4 as to me both games are heading off in different directions now.
