hey guys

rather new 2 this site n rather new 2 moddin my sax vtr

i lowered it by 60mm a few months bk on the standard 14's n last night my pas pipe busrt i woz expecting it 2 happen @ som point so woz wondering how people go around solvin this problem,

i've bn told if i buy a new pipe from citroen that it'll b fine coz the fault is so common they've re-designed the pipe where others hav told me i hav 2 relocate summin cant remember wot now must b the way the pipe is run tho???

so any advice & help on this is much help full!

hope 2 hear from u legends soon with top class help which i've bn told i can expect from this site!

thanks in advance lads n ladies

ps is there any other problems that may happen due 2 the mods done???

if you can source a mk1 pas pipe and fit that then it wont rub, the easiest and cheapest way is to get teh new pipe fitted then bend it out the way with a big screwdriver/something large

i have just lowered and fitted new alloys. where bouts is the pipe located? dont remember seeing a pipe when they were getting done. phase 2 saxo btw. 2000 reg.

nax, if your down 40mm, it wont be a problem.

the pipe for future reference is drivers side and it rubs on the steering arm so look round that area
