Crunch or clunk?

When selecting reverse, pull up.. put the handbrake on.. into neutral then clutch down again select reverse. If the car still makes the noise it's not just the gears crunching like mine does when I reverse using the lazy method

If it's a clunk maybe it's the exhaust?
