Why do People say Saxo 1.1's are slow??

I was looking around at performance figures for various cars, including all the saxo's, and tbh the 1.1 saxo is actually a very fast car, for it's spec.

0-60 - 13.6-14.9 - 98 MPH (depending on model)

Citroen Saxo Furio 1.4 (00 onwards)
0-60 - 11.2 Secs - 109 MPH

And there we have it, now some people may start to appreciate that Citroen had 3 cars that set the bar, not just the VT's.
