The power steering pump is quite a common thing to fail on saxo's. By any chance you havent got a phase 2 lowered -60mm have you?

When you lower a MK2 on 60mm the power steering pipe catchs and rubs, then splits. A decent garage will be able to sort it out, all you need to do it bend it out the way.

It shouldnt be to expensive if it is just the tube, just the cost to replace it and bend it but that is all that has to be done.you just move it from what it is catching on. If it is the actually pump it may be a bit more, lol. I had my VTR MK2 lowered 60mm and I asked the guy to move the pump and he said "oh Yer I forgot aobut that" so he done it, had no problems with it now.
Hey no problem, virtually any one on here will give you advice etc.

sounds like the very common ignition barrel switch fault, citreon should be able to sort it. Just a case of bridging two wires on the ignition barrel.
Power steering will have no other effect on the blowers even if the pipe was split. Unless it was just the fuse thats burst, worht checking first

brake lights sounds like a fuse they shouldnt be on same circuit, or both bulbs have blown together, not that uncommon either
