i have finally solved the knocking front suspension problem after putting up with it for a month after lowering, i tried the "how to guide" as simo knows and
had no joy whats so ever, but took it to the garage and they said that it was the passenger side linkage arm,
which links to the anti-roll bars
so the problem is solved

So, it was the drop link then... heard a few peeps having this problem in the past, but to look at them, there is only the elbow joints, which could wear?
Glad its sorted though

all though they did mention that if i went any lower than 50mm it could have been the driveshaft, because the lower you go apparantley it puts alot more strain on the driveshaft
