Important! : Loss of power on acceleration?? :( - Saxperience

I have a mk1 Saxo vts 1998, its got 80500 miles on it, When the engine is cold and im driving the first few times i go through 2nd and 3rd seem to have a let up on the power, the revs seem to just drop away and it loses pullthen once the engine is warmed up theres no problem? any ideas what this could be, is it a major issue? thanks x

Well on the service book it says at 73000 miles but the bloke i bought it off said that he just recently had it done, so probs about 79000 miles if i take his word for it? thanks

Dont take his word beleive the proof mate maybe worth gettin it serviced again..

ok i will do, thanks for the advice, was just worried was gonna blow up or sumthin, i actually kno nothing about cars lol!

when the engines cold it wont work as efficiently anyway
and get a service
