Default wheel are not shiney

i know this is for cars talkin but i wondering if anyone could help on my moped the wheels are not shiney any more and are really dull dose anyone know how to bring back the shine and what produce to use

Take them off and use an abrasive polish on them. Once you've done that get some wheel sealent and put a few coats on the wheels.
