Right my bro is 27, just about to pass his test.
Question is he's looking for a first car. Remember has no claims, just passed. He has about 3-6 grand to spend

how can anyone possibly suggest cars with you just saying 3-6k
duno if he wants a small new 1.1 car or like 15 yr old 2L turbo thing
without knowing anything, id say bmw e46 320i.
